Welcome to Redbeaks. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Redbeaks website, products, and services. By purchasing from Redbeaks, you agree to these Terms in full. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of the site.

Redbeaks is operated by its parent company and subsidiaries (“Redbeaks”, “we”, “us”, “our”).

2. Products & Print‑On‑Demand (POD) Production

Redbeaks uses Print‑On‑Demand (POD) and Direct‑To‑Film (DTF) production. This means every item is printed only after an order is placed. We do not keep pre‑printed inventory.

Because each product is created specifically for you:

  • slight variations in color, print placement, or sizing may occur
  • production begins immediately after ordering
  • orders cannot be canceled once production starts

3. Expressive Apparel Disclaimer

Redbeaks sells apparel that may include:

  • humor
  • satire
  • bold statements
  • attitude phrases
  • cultural references
  • adult themes
  • expressive or provocative content

These designs are intended for entertainment and personal expression only.

4. No Liability for Social, Personal, or Real‑Life Reactions

By purchasing and wearing Redbeaks products, you acknowledge and agree that:

4.1 Redbeaks Is Not Responsible for Reactions

Redbeaks, its parent company, and its subsidiaries cannot and will not be held responsible for:

  • confrontations or altercations
  • harassment or bullying
  • negative reactions or offense taken by others
  • disciplinary actions from workplaces, schools, or institutions
  • removal from events or venues
  • social conflicts or personal disputes
  • any harm, injury, or damages caused by how others respond to your clothing

4.2 Wearer Assumes All Risk

You understand that expressive, humorous, bold, or provocative apparel may lead to unpredictable reactions. By completing a purchase, you agree that you alone assume all risk associated with wearing Redbeaks products in any environment.

4.3 No Duty to Warn

Redbeaks has no duty to warn customers about how others may react to any design, phrase, or graphic. You are solely responsible for evaluating whether a product is appropriate for your personal circumstances.

4.4 Responsibility for Context

You are solely responsible for choosing where and when you wear Redbeaks apparel. Redbeaks is not responsible for:

  • workplace discipline
  • school discipline
  • venue restrictions
  • social consequences
  • conflicts arising from wearing apparel in public or private settings

5. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in CAD unless stated otherwise. Payments are processed securely through trusted third‑party providers. Redbeaks is not responsible for issues arising from payment processors.

6. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping times are estimates and may vary. Redbeaks is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, or other external factors.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Orders shipped to incorrect addresses due to customer error are not eligible for refunds.

7. Returns & Exchanges (POD/DTF — All Sales Final)

7.1 All Sales Are Final

Because Redbeaks uses POD/DTF production and nothing is printed until the order is placed, all sales are final.

We cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

  • change of mind
  • ordering the wrong size
  • ordering the wrong color
  • deciding the design is no longer wanted
  • personal preference issues
  • misunderstanding of the design’s meaning
  • social consequences of wearing the design

7.2 Defective or Incorrect Items

Redbeaks will replace an item only if:

  • the print is defective
  • the garment arrives damaged
  • the item received does not match the order

To qualify for a replacement:

  • contact us within 7 days of delivery
  • provide clear photos of the issue
  • keep the item unworn and unwashed

If approved, Redbeaks will remake the item at no cost.

7.3 Customer‑Provided Artwork

For custom uploads:

  • Redbeaks is not responsible for low‑resolution files
  • spelling errors
  • unwanted backgrounds
  • poor contrast
  • design flaws originating from the customer’s file

If the customer approves a mockup, the print is considered accurate.

8. Intellectual Property

All designs, branding, and content on Redbeaks are protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify them without written permission.

9. User Conduct

You agree not to misuse the website, attempt fraud, interfere with operations, or engage in harmful behavior toward Redbeaks or its customers.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Redbeaks, its parent company, and subsidiaries are not liable for:

  • indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • personal injury resulting from product misuse
  • social or interpersonal conflicts caused by apparel content
  • any damages arising from user behavior, choices, or interactions
  • any loss resulting from third‑party actions or reactions

Your use of Redbeaks products is entirely at your own risk.

11. Changes to Terms

Redbeaks may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
